Founder and president, Thomas S. Andolfo, MAI, SRA, has been engaged in the real estate business since 1977. Currently a certified member of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Andolfo is a past president of the Rhode Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Andolfo is also a Certified General Appraiser for the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as a past real estate instructor at the University of Rhode Island, College of Continuing Education and a current instructor in real estate appraisal for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.

  A 1969 graduate of LaSalle Academy, in Providence, Rhode Island, and a 1973 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, Massachusetts, Mr. Andolfo is a member of the National Board of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, and the Providence Chamber of Commerce.

  As a member of the Appraisal Institute, all appraisals performed at Andolfo Appraisal Associates, Inc., conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation and as adhered to by the Appraisal Institute. As a member of the Nation's premiere appraisal organization, Mr. Andolfo has become part of its long tradition of pursuing excellence and high standards in the profession and practice of real estate appraising.
