Andolfo Appraisal Associates, Inc., is a full-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm, which was established in June, 1986. Our offices are situated in the historic Bush Building (built 1873), located adjacent to the Providence Performing Arts Center in downtown Providence. 

  Our firm specializes in all types of real estate appraisals and has extensive expertise in matters of litigation, zoning, tax appeals, condemnation, and market/feasibility studies. We have represented clients in federal, superior, family, and probate court, as well as provided expert witness testimony at numerous city/town council and zoning boards of review.
